Culinary Nutrition Camps
Our camps offer hands-on training for Youth, Teens and Adults. Our curriculum implements “Nu-Vention” - Nutrition to aid in the Prevention of obesity & disease. Our curriculum offers topics such as Disease Prevention of Diabetes and Hypertension and topics such as Weight Loss and Weight Loss Maintenance.
Participants learn how to cook with and incorporate items from the food pyramid; such as fresh herbs and spices, fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and dairy products.
