In November of 2009, The USA Cooking Camp Foundation implemented their first Holiday Food Drive Contest through Drive2Give. The objective of the contest is to encourage students to give to others in need and support hunger relief...
How the Contest Works
- A contest will be held between the classrooms to encourage students to support hunger relief.
- Teachers, parents, and students are encouraged to bring in non-perishable food items for their class.
- The contest will run for two weeks.
- All perishable items should be placed in a cardboard box or bin and labeled with the classroom number on the front of the box.
- The class that collects the most non-perishable items will receive a USA Cooking Camp-Cooking Class!
